SPS App Ltd is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually seek to improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards across our platform.
Standards We Target
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Our primary platforms — the navigation pages (go.sps-app.com) and the client portal (app.sps-app.com) — are the main targets. This website (sps-app.com) also targets WCAG 2.1 AA. Israeli web accessibility regulations (IS 5568) apply to this site and we work to meet those requirements.
Measures We Take
We take the following measures: include accessibility in our development and design process; use semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks throughout; provide text alternatives for all meaningful non-text content; ensure a minimum 4.5:1 colour contrast ratio for normal text; support keyboard navigation; test with screen reader software. Known limitation: some older migrated location pages may not yet meet AA colour contrast requirements; we are addressing these progressively.
